Graduated from business school and after 13 years at TNT, Frédéric Bernard joined Chronopost in 2009 as Director of Strategic Accounts and then he became Sales Director in 2012.
At 44, he is since 2014 Director of Customer Experience, Marketing and Communication with the mission to ensure the best experience to Chronopost customers whether they are senders or recipients.
He currently supervises more than 500 people.
