Valérie Legat

E-commerce and Digital Experience Director Carrefour France 

Valérie began her career at Ogilvy&Mather where she set up the Interactive unit. A year later, she founded the digital agency Business Lab, specialising in e-commerce and Netchandising™. Very quickly, the agency distinguished itself with numerous awards in Innovation, Design and Digital Marketing, serving prestigious clients such as Air France, TF1, Le Printemps, Carrefour and E.Leclerc. In 2015, her agency became the exclusive partner of McKinsey&Company Paris. Valérie joined McKinsey&Company in 2015, to found two practices: Design&Innovation and Digital Business Building. In 2020, Valérie joins the Carrefour Group to support countries in the development of their e-commerce activities. At the end of 2020, Carrefour France entrusts her with the strategy of the website and mobile applications. At the beginning of 2022, Valérie takes over the management of the Digital Factory e-commerce for France.
