A graduate of Paris Dauphine and Paris XII, she is a specialist in digital marketing and passionate about brand management. After 10 years at Fnac, she joined La Redoute at the end of 2011 as Brand Director. Since 2014, she has been managing all "customer" issues with the brand, marketing, digital and customer relations and working on the transformation of the company. In 2021, she was elected Digital Woman of the Year.
