Come and discover the results of the major survey carried out by Fevad and OpinionWay, in partnership with LSA magazine, among a sample of e-commerce managers, including the main leaders of French e-commerce.
For the purposes of the study, FEVAD mobilised the sector's main decision-makers. Thanks to the quality of the FEVAD network, this is currently the only survey of this scale conducted with such a target group. Its results offer a 360° view of how e-commerce professionals are approaching the year 2022. Activity, strategy, investments, international development, future prospects, impact of current events on the sector: everything has been scrutinised.

As this is an election year, FEVAD and LSA also wanted to ask professionals about the results of this five-year period in terms of digital, the level of consideration given to digital in the presidential campaign and their expectations of the next President of the Republic in terms of digital.
The main findings of this study will be presented by Marc Lolivier, General Delegate of Fevad, in the presence of two major witnesses (to be confirmed) who will shed their own light on these results and on their analysis of the expected evolution of the sector in 2022.
