Activity 1 : Running Session with Pascal Martinot Lagarde

Gift yourself with a morning warm up ! Enjoy a unique running session along the coast, trained by Pascal Martinot Lagarde, France record holder of the 110m hurdles, 2018 European champion and 2019 World Championship bronze medalist. In the morning or the evening, make the most of this 5-6km run around Monaco.

Activity 2 : Yoga session 

Designed by Aria, the "Warriors" is a cardio yoga which helps eliminating toxins through breathing and flowing movements. A meditation in motion which will anchor yourself in the moment, strengthen, relax and enhance your posture and help breath better.

In stepping out of your comfort zone you will learn how to get rid of your unnecessary fears.
