Creative while being pragmatic, Laure brings for more than 20 years her innovative spirit to impel transformations within the various companies she has joined.
She spent the first 10 years in communication agencies like Ogilvy. She was later promoted to European Advertising Director at Sephora where she redefined the overall image of the brand and developed the Sephora brand's visual strategy. She is then appointed Director of Communications for Go Sport sports equipment distributor, in charge of repositioning the banner, renewing the omnichannel sales strategy and remodeling stores. Within the same group, she then created the Marketing and E-commerce department of Courir, which has 250 points of sale (integrated and affiliated) in France and Poland. Digital is at the heart of the strategy and is based on four levers: e-store, digital in store, CRM and social networks on which the brand invests 100% of its communication budget. The cross-channel merchant site that it launched and whose first vocation was to generate incremental sales to stores, became in less than 2 years, the 1st store of the network.
With this dual expertise Retail and Digital, it is recruited by the L'Oréal group and is the Digital and E-commerce department within the Professional Products Division. Its main missions are to lead the digital transformation of the division and the modernization of the professional beauty market, and to develop both CRM and E-commerce as additional business levers in both B2B and B2C.
