Jean-Philippe has been working for many years on the customer experience spreading and transformation challenges. He has nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce and digitalization.
He has just joined the Leclerc Group as Communication, Customer Relations and the Internet Director. He previously managed Marketing and Digital at Galeries Lafayette and for 13 years the Communication, Marketing and Digitalization of the Darty Group.
