A graduate of Paris Dauphine and Paris XII, she is a specialist in digital marketing and passionate about brand management. After 10 years at la Fnac, she joined La Redoute at the end of 2011 as brand director. Since 2014, she has managed all "customer" subjects with the brand, marketing, digital and customer relations and works to transform the company. In 2021, she was voted Digital Woman of the Year.
